Lyrics for This Life:

And the days go on and on without end
As the months and the years all seem to blend
And you look for answers and search for signs
But they never appear and youre feeling left behind

This life
Is one big test
This life
Leaves you with less
This life
Is one big test
This life
Leaves you with less

The answers arent clear and youll never really know
Just how far you would be willing to go
If you never really tried and you never had to care
Then youll never overcome and youll never be aware

Have you
Loved your best
Have you
Passed the test
Have you
Tried your best
Have you
Passed this test

And the days go on and on without end
As the months and the years all seem to blend
our time here is short and almost at an end
All you have is now, and time is not your friend

Have you
Loved your best
Have you
Passed the test
This life
Is one big mess
This life
Leaves you with less

And the days go on and on without end
As the months and the years all seem to blend
our time here is short and almost at an end
All you have is now, and time is not your friend

Welcome new and returning listeners. Now that I’ve reached Episode 10, I think it’s important to do a recap show for any new listeners. You know, so no one gets lost in the story.

This is a special episode where I explain the concept of Dismay and give a recap of Episodes 1–10. There’s plenty of music to enjoy, too. Some is form previous episodes, while others are songs I’ve wanted to play, but can not find a way to include in the plot.

And, there’s a contest. Listen to find out what it is.

Songs played:

Led Man—All Fours
Happy Rhodes—Possessed
Away With The Fairys—Space Rocks Keep Falling On My Head
Duwayne A. Wright
—Children of War
Bob Gentry—Upside Down
Dead Heart Bloom—The Marchers Are Coming
The Sharmills—My Destination

Background music by:

Ichiro NAKAGAWA

Episode Nine: Goodbyes

Karen had always been Dismay’s pillar in society. He is a pariah, an anomic man lost without her. That’s why making his decision is so difficult.

Listen to his story as he makes his decision, faces his fear and embraces a new path. Plus, enjoy music from the following:

Amy Abdou – Mirage
Koala – Time To Say Goodbye
Avery Fantom – Into My Eyes
Dead Heart Bloom – One Long Last Look
Dead Heart Bloom – I Hope I Stop Fading
Dead Heart Bloom – There Will Come Soft Rains
Dead Heart Bloom – Transmigration

I also give thanks to the people who contributed to the last episode.

Promos played:
